TN1, TN2, TN3, TN4, TN8, TN9, TN10, TN11, TN13 and TN14
If you live outside of these postcode areas, please contact us directly to book.
Appointment Times
You can book and pay directly online. To reduce our impact on the environment, booking is for morning or afternoon session and we will then contact you directly to discuss and arrange a more specific and convenient time in line with other bookings we may have in your area. You will be notified of any unexpected delays or earlier availability depending on how the session is running.
We always welcome enquiries for appointments outside of our advertised availability.
Urgent / Same-Day Appointments
Sometimes these symptoms can worsen quicky and be quite disturbing. For urgent or same day bookings, please contact us directly to discuss potential availability. A small additional cost may be incurred if other scheduling changes are required to accommodate your booking.
More Than One Waxy Set Of Ears At Home?
Discounts may be applicable for multiple patients in the same address at the same appointment - contact us before booking to discuss.
Cancellations
If you no longer need your appointment then please let us know ASAP so that it may be offered to someone else. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 48hrs in advance. 24-48 hours notice will be a 50% refund and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. We are always happy to reschedule your appointment instead.
Not Home When We Arrive?
If we arrive within the agreed timeframe and you are not at home, this will be treated as a no-notice cancellation and no refund will be issued. We will make every effort to contact you to ensure you are not at home before leaving the area.
